Parents Criticize Sentencing of North Wildwood Child’s Killer

COURT HOUSE – Wednesday, May 9, Superior Court Judge Raymond Batten pronounced a 15-year sentence for Charles Kane, Jr., the result of a plea agreement opposed by the victim’s parents, according to a report by the Press of Atlantic City. Elijah Ulbrich was three years old when Kane admits he inflicted a fatal injury to the toddler, in the parents’ North Wildwood home.
