Ocean City Police List Arrests June 16-23

OCEAN CITY — Ocean City Police Department reported the following arrests between June 16-23, 2008:
On June 16, Christopher W. Popichak, 20, of Schwenksville, Pa., for possession of certain weapons. Arresting officer was Patrolman Church Cusack.
On June 17, Maryann Premone, 54, of Ocean City, for active warrants, contempt of court out of multiple jurisdictions. Arresting officers were John Porreca and Karl Ruf.
On June 18, Joseph Francis Huebner, 18, of Richboro, Pa., for obstructing the administration of law. Arresting officer was Matt Schaffer.
On June 19, Brendan M. Sack, 20, of Havertown, Pa for possession of alcohol underage, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest. Arresting officer was Jeff Doto.
On June 19, Donald Musso, 49, of Vineland for an active warrant, civil contempt, out of Cumberland County. Arresting officer was Patrolman Scott Ruch.
On June 21, Joseph Gormely, 18, two juveniles, of Ocean City for crminla trespass. Arresting officers were Dennis and Sgt. Bill Friend.
On June 21, Derek E. Forrest, 27, of Ocean City, for obstructing the administration of law. Arresting officer was Matt Schaffer.
On June 21, Daniel Ferraro, 64, of Ocean City, for active warrants, contempt of court, out of Atlantic City. Arresting officers were Patrolman Matt Schaffer and Rich Wilent.
On June 21, Cheryl Lynn Ennals, 50, of Ocean City, for active warrants, contempt of court out of another jurisdiction. Arresting officers were Patrolman Bill Lick and Dean Ballard.
On June 22, Michael H. McCauley, 18, of Ocean City, for disorderly conduct. Arresting officer was Brendan Gheen.
On June 22, Vincent L. Rader, 43, of Ocean City, for an active warrant, contempt of court, out of Ocean City. Arresting officers were Detective Steve Schaffer and Patrolman Anthony Fearnhead.
On June 22, Andrew Earley, 26, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Arresting officers were Patrolman Pat Randles and Andrew Dare.
