OCEAN CITY — A 19-year-old male from Ocean City was indicted on sexual assault charges Tuesday, March 10 relating to a Jan. 30 incident on Mercer Place involving a 14-year-old female.
According to a release, Gregory Hoyle was arrested Feb. 2.
He was released from county jail Feb. 6 on $100,000 bail.
