OC Police Arrest Cookstown Man for Possession of Alleged Marijuana

OCEAN CITY — A Cookstown man was arrested on drug charges after questioning by police at the Wawa store on 34th Street June 26.
Police said Vincent A. Manion, 20, was acting suspiciously when they approached his vehicle at the Wawa store at about 10:26 p.m. Patrolman Wilent observed a marijuana cigarette in the passenger compartment of the car and further investigation revealed a clear plastic baggie containing what police said they believed to be marijuana.
Marion was arrested and later released on a summons. He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession/use of drug paraphernalia.
