NORTH WILDWOOD – North Wildwood Police gathered information that a fugitive was living in North Wildwood Feb. 8.
Officers Mark Santiago, Eric Nevil and Kevin Tolan Jr. approached a residence on the 400 block of E. 20th Avenue and spoke to Dale Rehill where it was confirmed that he was wanted out of the Prince George’s County, MD Sheriff’s Office on drug distribution related charges. Rehill was also wanted by the Middle Township and Lower Township Municipal Courts on local warrants.
Rehill, 56, residing in North Wildwood, was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice from the State of Maryland and was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center where he is awaiting extradition.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
