No PTI for Pennsylvania Dentist Accused of Dumping

COURT HOUSE—Thomas McFarland, Jr, the Pennsylvania dentist accused of dumping medical waste on the Avalon beach and other shore towns will stand trail a judge said Friday.
The State Attorney General and Prosecutor’s objected to McFarland entering the Pre-Trial Intervention program designed for first time offenders to avoid a criminal record.
The judge agreed and denied the PTI request.
