No Arrest Made, Fine Paid: John A. Rietheimer

COURT HOUSE – John A. Rietheimer, who was listed among the Most Wanted persons by Cape May County law enforcement, and who was subsequently listed as “No Longer Wanted” informed the Herald that although he had been listed as wanted for burglary, that listing resulted from an unpaid $57 fine, which he paid.
Rietheimer told the Herald on Sept. 26, 2011 he was not arrested or charged with burglary at any time.
