FISHING CREEK – Patrolman Iames stopped a vehicle on Breakwater Road in the area of Sunset Drive in the Fishing Creek section of Lower Township May 30 at approximately 9:25 p.m.
After investigating, the driver, Dorothea Ahrndt, 56, of Fishing Creek, was arrested for driving under the influence.
The subsequent investigation led to additional charges of possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS), unlawful possession of prescription legend drugs, possession of CDS paraphernalia and being under the influence of CDS.
After being processed, Ahrndt was released on a summons.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
