Middle Twp Teen Charged With Weapon And Drug Possession

WILDWOOD– A Middle Township teenager was charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose as well possession of marijuana on Saturday, April 3.
Wildwood police were called to 3500 Boardwalk for a report of a man pointing a handgun at three other people. When officers arrived they discovered eighteen year-old Geoffrey Chew-Perez, in possession of pellet handgun. Geoffery did not have a permit to posses the pellet gun, police said.
He was taken to the Cape May County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
