Middle Township Police Weekly Activity, Arrest Report Dec. 9-15, 2019

During the week of Dec. 9-15, 2019 the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 825 calls for service, averaging 118 per day. During the week a total of seven adults were arrested for various offenses.
The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:
Dec. 9, 2019:
Motor Vehicle Crash – Avalon Boulevard, Swainton
Harassment – Goshen Road, CMCH
Theft – Wildwood Avenue, Whitesboro
Fraud – Bayberry Drive, CMCH
Fire Call – Route 47 South, Rio Grande
Dec. 10, 2019:
Motor Vehicle Crash – South 10th Avenue, Edgewood
Motor Vehicle Crash – Route 9 South, Rio Grande
Theft – Route 9 South, Rio Grande
Fraud – Eldredge Avenue, Del Haven
Motor Vehicle Crash – Indian Trail, Burleigh
Motor Vehicle Crash – Route 9 South, Rio Grande
Threats – West Pacific Avenue, CMCH
Criminal Mischief – Gibson Avenue, Whitesboro

WEEKLY ADULT ARREST REPORT
Dec. 9-15, 2019
Megan McDevitt, 28, from North Wildwood was arrested on December 10 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Shoplifting.
Kawon J. Daniels, 32, from Philadelphia was arrested on December 11 by Detective Saettler and charged with False Government Documents, Resisting Arrest, and Conspiracy.
David Fontanez, 39, from Rio Grande was arrested on December 11 by Patrolman McInnis and charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of Self, Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe, and Active Warrants.
Thomas Foster, 21, from Whitesboro was arrested on December 14 by Patrolman Trombetta on an Active Warrant.
Nancy Dell’Accio, 63, from Sarasota, FL was arrested on December 14 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Gregorio G. Garcia, 20, from Wildwood was arrested on December 15 by Patrolman Sunderhauf and charged with Possession of Marijuana.
Jeanne Cassidy, 56, from Blackwood, NJ was arrested on December 15 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above-mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent unless proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
