COURT HOUSE – The following are the arrests made by the Middle Township Police Department June 15-21.
June 15:
Cary A. Mason (43) Cape May, NJ – Possession of CDS, Possession of Prescription Legend Drug, Under the influence of CDS, Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe, Warrant
June 16:
Joseph Doonan (38) North Wildwood, NJ – Warrant
June 17:
John T Matthews Jr (25) North Cape May, NJ – Eluding Officer
Jeremiah Rodriguez (23) Green Creek, NJ – Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams, Possession of drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Hypodermic Needles or Syringe
June 18:
James F. Marx (40) Whitesboro, NJ – Shoplifting
Harley P. Pierce 3rd (33) Rio Grande, NJ – Warrant
Jason Griner (29) Rio Grande, NJ – Shoplifting
Mark Davis Jr (24) Cape May Court House, NJ – Warrant
Michael C. Smith (40) Whitesboro, NJ – Shoplifting
June 20:
Kathleen Cram (24) Rio Grande, NJ – Theft
Theodore A. Barnard (28) Warminster, PA – DWI, Endangering the Welfare of Children
June 21:
Adam I Tunnell (24) Pennsauken, NJ – DWI
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
