Middle Township Police Report Weekly Arrests, Activity June 10-16, 2019

During the week of June 10-16, 2019 the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 867 calls for service. During the week a total of 12 adults were arrested for various offenses.
The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:
June 10, 2019:

WEEKLY ADULT ARREST REPORT
 
June 10-16, 2019
Michael Shelton, 59, from Villas was arrested on June 10 by Patrolman Vendetta on an Active Warrant.
Matthew J. Johnston, 30, from Cape May Court house was arrested on June 10 by Detective Martin and charged with Aggravated Assault, Criminal Mischief, and Possession of Weapons for Unlawful Purposes-Other Weapons.
Jan L. Heraux, 54, from Hammonton was arrested on June 11 by Patrolman Karge and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Juan L. Rivera-Gonzalez, 43, from Rio Grande was arrested on June 11 by Patrolman Runyon and charged with Shoplifting.
Jill M. Moran, 35, from North Cape May was arrested on June 13 by Patrolman Flounders on an Active Warrant.
James E. Redman, 26, from Cape May Court House was arrested on June 13 by Patrolman Vendetta and charged with Possession of CDS.
David S. Howell, Jr., 48, from Sea Isle City was arrested on June 13 by Patrolman Martindale on Active Warrants.
James D. O’Conner, 29, from Toms River was arrested on June 13 by Patrolman Pastore and charged with Obstruction and an Active Warrant.
Edward T. Kelly, Jr., 47, from Cape May Court House was arrested on June 15 by Patrolman McInnis on an Active Warrant.
James T. Logan, 19, from Cape May Court House was arrested on June 15 by Patrolman Karge and charged with Possession or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages by Person under Legal Age, Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
James F. Wolef, 31, from Rio Grande was arrested on June 16 by Patrolman Karge on Active Warrants.
Paul F. Walter, 39, from Philadelphia was arrested on June 16 by Patrolman McInnis on Active Warrants.
 
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above-mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent unless proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
