Middle Township Police Report Weekly Arrests, Activities Sept. 24-30, 2018

During the week of  Sept. 24, 2018 through Sept. 30, 2018 the members of the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 960 calls for service. During the week a total of 11 adults were arrested for various offenses. 
The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:
Sept. 24, 2018:

Weekly Adult Arrest Report
George R. Calverley, 24, from North Wildwood was arrested on September 24 by Patrolman Vergantino on an active warrant. 
Eric J. Panny, 35, from Green Creek was arrested on September 24 by Patrolman Gittle and charged with Unlicensed Entry of Structures, Unlawful Possession of Weapons-Other Weapons, and Certain Persons not to Have Weapons.
Leighann M. Robson, 42, from Cape May was arrested on September 24 by Patrolman Martindale and charged with Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe, and an active warrant.
Sean E. Clark, 31, from Goshen was arrested on September 25 by Patrolman Runyon on an active warrant.
Sergiu G. Plesca, 36, from Villas was arrested on September 26 by Patrolman Russ and charged with Shoplifting.
Raymond L. Bartee, 36, from Wildwood was arrested on September 26 by Sergeant Super and charged with Eluding Officer and Driving While Intoxicated.
Andy Ho, 24, from Mays Landing was arrested on September 26 by Patrolman Ritterhoff and charged with Shoplifting and Fencing.
Calvin J. Billingsley, 46, from Rio Grande was arrested on September 26 by Patrolman Russ and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams and an active warrant.
Raymond D. Bailey, III, 20, from Cape May Court House was arrested on September 26 by Patrolman Gittle and charged with Terroristic Threats, False Public Alarms, and Cyber Harassment.
Courtney L. Cepp, 26, from Cape May Court House was arrested on September 27 by Patrolman Rocca on an active warrant.
Steven Silnicki, 53, from Rio Grande was arrested on September 27 by Patrolman Ritterhoff and charged with Obstruction. 
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.  This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
