Middle Township Police Report Weekly Arrests, Activities Oct. 1-7, 2018

COURT HOUSE – During the week Oct. 1-7, 2018 the members of the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 806 calls for service. During the week a total of 18 adults were arrested for various offenses. 

The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:

Oct. 1, 2018:

WEEKLY ADULT ARREST REPORT

James E. Allen, 30, from Cape May was arrested on Oct. 2 by Patrolman Bakley and charged with Possession or CDS, Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams, Distribution of CDS under One Half Ounce,  and Distributing CDS Within 500 Feet of Public Housing, Park 

John A. Hruska, 34, from North Wildwood was arrested on Oct. 2 by Patrolman Bakley and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe. 

Harry E. Angstadt, Jr., 27, from Rio Grande was arrested on Oct. 2 by Detective Sweitzer and charged with Aggravated Assault and Conspiracy. 

Ashley D. Kaufman, 25, from Green Creek was arrested on Oct. 2 by Patrolman Ritterhoff on an active warrant. 

Robert C. Hathaway, 49, from Rio Grande was arrested on Oct. 3 by Patrolman Hotaling and charged with Defiant Trespasser. 

Luis R. Cintron, 33, from Rio Grande was arrested on Oct. 4 by Corporal Norton and charged with Possession of CDS. 

Anthony Murphy, 39, from Green Creek was arrested on Oct. 4 by Corporal Norton and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe. 

Tyrone Dixson, 58, from Woodbine was arrested on Oct. 4 by Patrolman Runyon and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. 

Edward C. Shaw, Jr., 31, from Green Creek was arrested on Oct. 5 by Patrolman Vitola on an active warrant. 

Keith Patitucci, 20, from Cape May Court House was arrested on Oct. 5 by Patrolman McInnis and charged with Criminal Mischief, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and an active warrant. 

Jill M. Moran, 34, from North Cape May was arrested on Oct. 6 by Patrolman McInnis on active warrants. 

Randy A. Duley, Sr., 34, from Rio Grande was arrested on Oct. 6 by Patrolman McInnis on an active warrant. 

Juan O. Maldonado, 27, from Wildwood was arrested on Oct. 6 by Patrolman Bakley and charged with Possession of CDS and Distribution of CDS under One Half Ounce. 

Cheyenne A. Warren, 21, from Belleplain was arrested on Oct.  6 by Patrolman Ritterhoff and charged with Theft. 

Steven R. Overby, 71, from Cape May Court House was arrested on Oct. 6 by Corporal Crawley and charged with Disorderly Conduct. 

Matthew G. Walter, 18, from North Cape May was arrested on Oct. 6 by Patrolman Jones and charged with Shoplifting. 

Michelle L. Kane, 32, from Cape May Court House was arrested on Oct. 7 by Patrolman Gittle on an active warrant. 

Dylan P. Finley, 19, from Erma was arrested on Oct. 7 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams. 

It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
