Middle Township Police Report Weekly Arrests, Activities for Nov. 27-Dec. 3, 2017

COURT HOUSE – During the week of Nov. 27 through Dec. 3, 2017, the members of the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 965 calls for service, averaging 138 per day. During the week a total of 20 adults were arrested for various offenses.
The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:
Nov. 27, 2017:

Weekly Adult Arrest Report: 
Monte Catherman, 59, from Burleigh was arrested on November 27 by Patrolman Martindale and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Richard E. Donaldson, III, 33, from Rio Grande was arrested on November 28 by Patrolman Frangieh on an active warrant.
Karen E. Keith, 49, from Rio Grande was arrested on November 28 by Patrolman Garcia on active warrants.
Maria C. Vanwormer, 29, from Villas was arrested on November 28 by Patrolman Garcia on an active warrant.
Nicole Little-O’Brien, 32, from Cape May was arrested on November 29 by Patrolman Ritterhoff and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe.
Donald J. Patterson, 51, from Erma was arrested on November 29 by Patrolman Flounders and charged with Theft and Possession of CDS.
Anthony G. Winter, 18, from Laurel Lake was arrested on November 29 by Patrolman Zeller and charged with Obstruction, Resisting Arrest, and active warrants.
Juan Rodriguez, 55, from Woodbine was arrested on November 29 by Patrolman Karge and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Shevindra B. Talwatte, 29, from Villas was arrested on November 30 by Patrolman Zeller on an active warrant.
Leah M. Kelly, 34, from Cape May Court House was arrested on November 30 by Corporal Larkin on an active warrant.
Duane A. Pitt, 45, from Whitesboro was arrested on November 30 by Patrolman Stiefel on active warrants.
Malik Z. Flanders, 22, from Cape May Court House was arrested on November 30 by Patrolman Flounders on an active warrant.
Brandon J. Daniels, 26, from Whitesboro was arrested on November 30 by Patrolman Russ on an active warrant.
Daniel D. Pfeifer, 53, from Rio Grande was arrested on December 1 by Patrolman Dececco on active warrants.
Jacob J. Rinier, 27, from Cape May Court House was arrested on December 1 by Patrolman Hofmann on active warrants.
James Condran, 62, from Turnersville was arrested on December 1 by Patrolman Martindale and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Anthony C. Anderson, 34, from Mayville was arrested on December 2 by Patrolman McInnis on active warrants.
Isaiah T. Fitzpatrick, 27, from Woodbine was arrested on December 2 by Patrolman Saettler and charged with Possession of CDS and an active warrant.
Andrew S. Montgomery, 56, from Ocean City was arrested on December 2 by Patrolman Martindale and charged with Criminal Mischief.
Kurt E. Johnson, 34, from Cape May Court House was arrested on December 3 by Corporal Larkin on an active warrant.
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.  This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
