Middle Township Police Report Weekly Arrests, Activities for Feb. 5-11, 2018

COURT HOUSE – During the week of Feb. 5, 2018 through Feb. 11, 2018, members of the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 963 calls for service, averaging 138 per day. During the week a total of 22 adults were arrested for various offenses.
 
The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:

Eldon R. Voncollin, 38, from Cape May Court House was arrested on February 5 by Patrolman Maldonado on an active warrant.
 
Eliel Garcia-Reyes, 29, from Wildwood Crest was arrested on February 5 by Patrolman Garcia on an active warrant.
 
Michael Ramos-Coriano, 28, from Cape May Court House was arrested on February 5 by Patrolman Ritterhoff on an active warrant.
 
Calvin J. Billingsley, 46, from Rio Grande was arrested on February 5 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of Self and active warrants.
 
Carmen I. Santiago, 40, from Pleasantville, was arrested on February 5 by Patrolman Pastore and charged with Shoplifting.
 
Kevin Gowen, 30, from Cape May was arrested on February 6 and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
 
Jorge Mantilla, 27, from Cape May Court House was arrested on February 6 by Patrolman Flounders and charged with Aggravated Assault and Criminal Mischief.
 
Christopher Messick, 18, from Villas was arrested on February 7 by Patrolman Martindale and charged with Simple Assault.
 
John J. Baum, 27, from Villas, was arrested on February 8 by Patrolman Karge and charged with Hinder Apprehension Oneself-Suppression and active warrants.
 
Gregory R. Guiliano, 33, from Wildwood Crest was arrested on February 8 by Detective Martin and charged with Theft and Conspiracy.
 
Kristen A. Millar, 40, from Wildwood Crest was arrested on February 8 by Detective Martin and charged with Theft and Conspiracy.
 
Jaime L. Biersbach, 41, from Erma was arrested on February 8 by Patrolman Martindale and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
 
Kim Keeler, 52, from Villas was arrested on February 9 by Patrolman Russ and charged with Robbery.
 
Joseph Patitucci, 18, from Cape May Court House was arrested on February 9 by Patrolman Ritterhoff and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Duane R. Ramsey, 38, from Rio Grande was arrested on February 9 by Patrolman Martino on active warrants.
 
David H. Witham, 57, from Rio Grande was arrested on February 9 by Patrolman Frangieh and charged with DWI.
 
William Toyenst, 26, from Cape May Court House was arrested on February 10 by Patrolman Garcia on an active warrant.
 
Mohamed Abraham, 48, from Erma was arrested on February 10 by Patrolman Garcia and charged with Shoplifting.
 
Benjamin L. Curtis, 41, from Del Haven was arrested on February 10 by Patrolman Dececco on active warrants.
 
David N. Tantaros, 18, from Mount Ephraim was arrested on February 10 by Patrolman Rocca and charged with Shoplifting.
 
Justin T. Davis, 24, from Cape May Court House was arrested on February 11 by Corporal Norton and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
 
David B. Worster, 56, from Rio Grande was arrested on February 11 by Corporal Norton and charged with Aggravated Arson.
 
 
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
