Middle Township Police Report Weekly Arrests, Activities for April 9-15, 2018

COURT HOUSE – During the week of April 9, 2018 through April 15, 2018, members of the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 948 calls for service, averaging 135 per day. During the week a total of 17 adults were arrested for various offenses.
 
The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:

Justin Horton, 28, from Mays Landing was arrested on April 9 by Patrolman Salvesen on active warrants.
 
Bruce P. Pearson, Jr., 34, from Wildwood was arrested on April 10 by Patrolman Flounders on an active warrant.
 
Donte Harris, 34, from Erma was arrested on April 10 by Patrolman Martino and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams.
 
David J. Faircloth, 61, from Green Creek was arrested on April 10 by Patrolman Reardon on an active warrant.
 
Zachary T. Deaver, 27, from Cape May was arrested on April 11 by Patrolman Runyon and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams.
 
Rachel P. Young, 37, from Woodbine was arrested on April 11 by Patrolman Garcia on an active warrant.
 
Joseph R. Briscoe, III, from Rio Grande was arrested on April 11 by Patrolman Maldonado on active warrants.
 
Jennifer A. Lauber, 20, from Cape May Court House was arrested on April 12 by Patrolman Garcia on an active warrant.
 
Nazel Lopez, 18, from Whitesboro was arrested on April 13 by Patrolman Martindale on an active warrant.
 
James E. Allen, 29, from Burleigh was arrested on April 13 by Patrolman McInnis and charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of Another and Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams.
 
Bryan T. Williams, 28, from Burleigh was arrested on April 13 by Patrolman Martino and charged with Endangering Welfare of Children, CDS, Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana over 50 Grams but under 5 Lbs., Obtaining or Possessing Synthetic Cannabinoid, Distribute Marijuana/Hash, Distribution of CDS, Distribute LSD/etc., and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Alyssa Bishop, 23, from Burleigh was arrested on April 13 by Patrolman Martino and charged with Endangering Welfare of Children, CDS, Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana over 50 Grams but under 5 Lbs., Obtaining or Possessing Synthetic Cannabinoid, Distribute Marijuana/Hash, Distribution of CDS, Distribute LSD, etc., and Possession or Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Sean E. Clark, 30, from Cape May Court House was arrested on April 13 by Patrolman Young on an active warrant.
 
Andrew P. Rourke, 30, from Goshen was arrested on April 13 by Patrolman Young on active warrants.
 
Brian L. Handy, 42, from Estell Manor was arrested on April 14 by Patrolman Runyon on an active warrant.
 
Brandon F. Sudan, 23, from Whitesboro was arrested on April 15 by Patrolman Vergantino on an active warrant.
 
Kevin C. McNeil, 23, from Pleasantville was arrested on April 15 by Patrolman Geiger on an active warrant.
 
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
