Middle Township Police Report Weekly Arrests, Activities for April 2-8, 2018

COURT HOUSE – During the week of April 2, 2018 through April 8, 2018, members of the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 874 calls for service, averaging 125 per day. During the week a total of 13 adults were arrested for various offenses.
The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:
April 2, 2018:
Theft – North 3rd Street, Rio Grande
Theft – Vermont Avenue, Rio Grande
Assault – Bayshore Road, Green Creek
April 3, 2018:
Motor Vehicle Crash – Hand Avenue, CMCH
Burglary – Bayshore Road, Green Creek
Fire Call – North Boardwalk, Grassy Sounds
April 4, 2018:
Motor Vehicle Crash – Route 47 South, Rio Grande
DWI – Route 47 South, Rio Grande
Motor Vehicle Crash – Route 47 South, Rio Grande
Motor Vehicle Crash – Route 9 South, Rio Grande
DWI – Route 9 South, Rio Grande
Harassment – Sulloway Street, Whitesboro
April 5, 2018:
Weapons Offenses – Savannah Street, Whitesboro

Weekly Adult Arrest Report:
Ryan J. Nesbitt, 26, from Woodbine was arrested on April 2 by Patrolman Dececco on an active warrant. 
Joseph R. Briscoe, III, 28, from Rio Grande was arrested on April 2 by Patrolman Pastore and charged with Shoplifting and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Gary L. Laracuente, 42, from Cape May Court House was arrested on April 3 by Patrolman Rocca on an active warrant.
Yvonne C. Wolef, 24, from Whitesboro was arrested on April 3 by Patrolman Dececco on an active warrant.
Tara L. Tomes, 31, from Villas was arrested on April 4 by Patrolman Reardon and charged with Possession of CDS and Driving While Intoxicated.
Christy Wilson, 37, from Cape May Court House was arrested on April 4 by Patrolman Young and charged with Assault by Auto or Vessel in Violation of 39:4-50, Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Intoxicated.
Robert Mesterhazy, 38, from Swainton was arrested on April 5 by Patrolman Reardon and charged with Criminal Mischief.
Jeffrey R. Stanton, 20, from Villas was arrested on April 5 by Patrolman Runyon on an active warrant.
Tanai N. Whitfield, 29, from Irvington, NJ was arrested on April 5 by Patrolman Salvesen on active warrants.
Christina M. Rodia, 47, from Rio Grande was arrested on April 6 by Patrolman Russ and charged with Shoplifting.
Caitlyn M. Young, 28, from Green Creek was arrested on April 7 by Patrolman Russ on active warrants.
Brandon B. Curtis, 21, from Del Haven was arrested on April 7 by Patrolman Ritterhoff on an active warrant.
Nequan D. Bennett, 20, from Wildwood was arrested on April 8 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams and active warrants.
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
