During the week of Dec. 23-29, 2019 the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 740 calls for service. During the week a total of 5 adults were arrested for various offenses. 
The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:

Criminal Mischief – Indian Trail, Burleigh
Motor Vehicle Crash – Golf Club Road, Burleigh

WEEKLY ADULT ARREST REPORT
Dec. 23-29, 2019
Darrin R. Taylor, Jr., 26, from Rio Grande was arrested on December 23 by Patrolman Cuomo and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Ethan S. Jones, 18, from Cape May Court House was arrested on December 25 by Patrolman Cuomo and charged with Possession or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages by Person under Legal Age and Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams.
William L. Smith, 31, from Villas was arrested on December 27 by Corporal Norton and charged with Obtaining or Possessing Synthetic Cannabinoid, Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe, and Active Warrants.
Samantha F. Playford, 29, from Wildwood Crest was arrested on December 27 by Patrolman Salvesen and charged with Shoplifting and Active Warrants.
Andrew E. Johnston, 29, from Wildwood was arrested on December 28 by Patrolman Sunderhauf on an Active Warrant.
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above-mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent unless proven otherwise. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
