GOSHEN– During the early morning hours of Sun., Oct., 10, Middle Township Police responded to a residential burglar alarm on Holmes Landing Road.
Upon arrival of Patrol Officers they found a pickup truck in the driveway and forced entry to the front door.
Officers were able to set a perimeter and call the suspect out of the house.
James Wilks was arrested without incident.
Items from the house were found in his pickup and on his person. He was charged with burglary and theft
He was lodged in Cape May County Jail on $25,000 bail.
