Middle Township Police Activity, Arrests Oct. 28-Nov. 3, 2019

During the week Oct. 28-Nov. 3, 2019 the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 798 calls for service, averaging 114 per day. During the week a total of 17 adults were arrested for various offenses.
The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:

James Adamson, 41, from Cape May Court House was arrested on October 28 by Patrolman Cuomo on Active Warrants.
Joseph R. Small, 44, from Woodbine was arrested on October 28 by Patrolman Salvesen and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Harvey P. McClendon, 56, from Villas was arrested on October 28 by Patrolman Ritterhoff and charged with Possession of CDS, Distribution of CDS under One Half Ounce, and Active Warrants.
Hugh J. Hansen, 62, from Rio Grande was arrested on October 30 by Patrolman Pastore on Active Warrants.
Brian C. Will, 28, from Burleigh was arrested on October 31 by Patrolman Saettler and charged with Aggravated Assault, Possession of Weapons for Unlawful Purposes and Unlawful Possession of Weapons.
Martin Tankle, 67, from Rio Grande was arrested on October 31 by Patrolman Martindale and charged with Possession of CDS.
Evodio Rojas, 50, from Burleigh was arrested on October 31 by Patrolman Cuomo on an Active Warrant.
Daniel S. Mouser, 31, from Burleigh was arrested on October 31 by Patrolman Pastore on Active Warrants.
Donna Keebler, 62, from Burleigh was arrested on October 31 by Patrolman Cuomo on Active Warrants.
Jasmine G. Langford, 26, from Rio Grande was arrested on October 31 by Patrolman Pastore and charged with Throwing Bodily Fluid at Law Enforcement Officer, Aggravated Assault on Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, Refusal to Submit to ID Procedures, and Active Warrants.
Juliano H. Gilpin, 18, from Rio Grande was arrested on November 1 by Patrolman Vitola and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Antonio Richardson, 26, from Millville was arrested on November 1 by Patrolman Cuomo and charged with Obstruction, Resisting Arrest, Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of Self, and Active Warrants.
Leslie G. Galland, 47, from Newbern, NC was arrested on November 1 by Patrolman McInnis and charged with Eluding Officer and Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe.
Charles E. Williams, III, 28, from Merritt, NC was arrested on November 1 by Patrolman McInnis and charged with Eluding Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe.
Antionette Pennese, 54, from Williamstown was arrested on November 3 by Patrolman Karge and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Active Warrants.
John M. Cutter, 43, from Cape May was arrested on November 3 by Patrolman Hotaling on an Active Warrant.
John M. Romero, 39, from Atlantic City was arrested on November 3 by Patrolman Karge on Active Warrants.
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above-mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent unless proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
