During the week of Nov. 11-17, 2019 the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 830 calls for service, averaging 119 per day. During the week a total of 8 adults were arrested for various offenses.

Nov. 11-17, 2019
Erasmo Morales, 45, from Wildwood was arrested on November 11 by Patrolman Mihal and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
John J. Baum, III, 29, from Villas was arrested on November 13 by Patrolman Vendetta and charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of Self, Possession of CDS, Distribute CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possess with Intent to Use or Sell Hypodermic Syringe, and Active Warrants.
Peter J. Mele, 58, from Cape May Court House was arrested on November 13 by Patrolman Rocca and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Abdul Spaulding, 42, from Cape May Court House was arrested on November 14 by Patrolman Martindale and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams, Manufacturing, Distributing or Dispensing CDS, Distribution of CDS under One Half Ounce, and Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe.
Jonathan B. Murphy, 39, from Green Creek was arrested on November 15 by Patrolman Ritterhoff on Active Warrants.
Roger W. Crowell, 51, from Belleville, NJ was arrested on November 16 by Patrolman Hotaling and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Kyle W. O’Briant, 25, from Villas was arrested on November 17 by Patrolman McInnis and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Robert L. Nichols, 34, from Cape May Court House was arrested on November 17 by Patrolman Jones and charged with Shoplifting.
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above-mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent unless proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
