Middle Township Police Activity, Adult Arrests, Jan. 13-19, 2020

During the week of January 13-19, 2020 the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 1,116 calls for service. 

During the week a total of 11 adults were arrested for various offenses.

 

The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:

 

Jan. 13, 2020:

 Motor Vehicle Crash – Route 47 South, Rio Grande

 Theft – Ryan Lane, CMCH

 Theft – Route 9 South, Rio Grande

 Arson – North Wildwood Boulevard, Burleigh

 

Jan. 14, 2020:

 Fire Call – Crest Haven Road, CMCH

 Fraud – Saddle Wood Drive, CMCH

 DWI – Goshen Road, CMCH

 

Jan. 15, 2020:

 Fraud – Cooks Beach Road, Dias Creek

 Shoplifting – Walmart, Rio Grande

 Shoplifting – Walmart, Rio Grande

 

Jan. 16, 2020:

 Motor Vehicle Crash – Brighton Road, CMCH

 Criminal Mischief – Mechanic Street, CMCH

 Harassment – Rita Avenue, CMCH

 Motor Vehicle Crash – Springers Mill Road, CMCH

 Trespassing – Pershing Avenue, Burleigh

 Theft – Vick Avenue, Whitesboro

 Motor Vehicle Crash – Dias Creek Road, CMCH

Adult Arrests for Jan-19, 2020

 

Tracie L. Aldridge, 43, from Millville was arrested on January 13 by Patrolman Mueller on Active Warrants.

 

 Ashley Rudolph, 27, from Villas was arrested on January 13 by Patrolman Eskander and charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of Self.

 

Herbert E. Tozer, 32, from Burleigh was arrested on January 13 by Patrolman Pastore and charged with Resisting Arrest and Criminal Attempt.

 

 Clarence A. Pike, 37, from Del Haven was arrested on January 14 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Possession of CDS, Manufacturing, Distributing or Dispensing CDS, Distributing CDS Within 500 Feet of Public Housing, Park, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and an Active Warrant.

 

 Erik J. Arenberg, 23, from Cape May Court House was arrested on January 14 by Patrolman Martino and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

 

 Raven J. Linthicum, 18, from Whitesboro was arrested on January 15 by Patrolman Eskander and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams.

 

 Jaquan S. Bartee, 22, from Vineland was arrested on January 16 by Detective Martin and charged with Aggravated Assault and Conspiracy.

 

 Daquann M. Smith, 19, from Vineland was arrested on January 16 by Detective Martin and charged with Criminal Attempt, Aggravated Assault, Possession of Weapons for Unlawful Purposes-Firearms, and Unlawful Possession of Weapons-Handguns.

 

 Gabriel Lajara-Cruz, 35, from North Cape May was arrested on January 17 by Patrolman Ritterhoff and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

 

 Frank H. Jones, 70, from Rio Grande was arrested on January 17 by Patrolman Mueller and charged with Theft of Property Lost, Mislaid or Delivered by Mistake.

 

 Frederick M. Eichenhofer, 22, from Rio Grande was arrested on January 18 by Patrolman Cuomo and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

  It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above-mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent unless proven otherwise. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
