COURT HOUSE – The following are the arrests made by the Middle Township Police Department from Sept. 1-Sept. 7.

John Saponara (31) Philadelphia, PA – Warrant
Sept. 4:
Benjamin A. Torres (20) Rio Grande, NJ – Warrant
Lisa M. Kelly (46) Wildwood, NJ – Shoplifting, Warrants, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Hugh J. Hansen (57) Cape May Court House, NJ – Warrant
James E. Innis (54) Rio Grande, NJ – Warrant
Sept. 5:
Addrianna M. Perez (25) Burleigh, NJ – Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams
Sept. 6:
Ismael Vera (39) Wildwood, NJ – Warrant
Todd E. Wuerker (39) Rio Grande, NJ – Warrant
Benjamin A. Torres (20) Rio Grande, NJ – Shoplifting
Margaret Maines (64) Collingswood, NJ – DWI
Mark J. Maslanka Jr (19) Villas, NJ – DWI
Sept. 7:
Sharon Christman (39) Erma, NJ – DWI
Jonathan F. Romeo (23) Rio Grande, NJ – Lewdness, Disorderly Conduct – Improper Behavior
Alexander K. Vosper (21) Cape May, NJ – Disorderly Conduct – Improper Behavior
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
