COURT HOUSE – The following are the arrests made by the Middle Township Police Department from May 26 through June 1.
May 26:
Aubrey E. Cocker (26) Marcus Hook, PA – Shoplifting
Mindy J. Denny (30) Rio Grande, NJ – Possession of CDS & Warrants
May 27:
Daniel M. Hillman (31) Somers Point, NJ – Theft
Martin Bergen Jr. (65) Sea Isle City, NJ – Warrant
May 30:
Jennifer M. Ayala (28) Erma, NJ – Shoplifting
May 31:
Mark E. Franklin (49) Bridgeton, NJ – Warrant
June 1:
Timothy P. Maloney (29) Glenolden, PA – DWI
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
