Amanda M. Bryon (20) Rio Grande, NJ – Simple Assault
Aug. 26:
Thomas D. Peter (19) North Cape May, NJ – Shoplifting
Matthew R. Learn (22) Cape May Court House, NJ – Warrant
Aug. 27:
Eric Reighn (23) Green Creek, NJ – Warrant
Jeffery R. Heaton (25) Villas, NJ – Burglary, Credit Card Theft, Theft
Jonathan B. Murphy (34) Green Creek, NJ – Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams, Possession or distribution of hypodermic Needles or Syringe, Warrant
Herbert E Tozer Jr (48) Villas, NJ – Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams, Possession or distribution of hypodermic Needles or Syringe, Eluding Officer
Anthony L. Murphy (35) Villas, NJ – Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams, Possession or distribution of hypodermic Needles or Syringe
Aug. 28:
James H. Hall III (20) Del Haven, NJ – Warrant
Thomas D. Peter (19) North Cape May, NJ – Shoplifting
Aug. 29:
Thomas Kleinback (59) Del Haven, NJ – Warrant, Hindering Apprehension of Prosecution of Self
Aug. 30:
Robert T. Phillips (26) Millville, NJ – Warrant
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
