Marshallville Man Faces Attempted Murder, Other Charges

The following is based on information received from a law enforcement agency. The person(s) named is innocent unless proven otherwise in court.
MAYS LANDING – A Marshallville man was charged with attempted murder and other offenses in connection to striking and running over a victim May 26, according to a release from Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner.
On May 26, at about 2:25 p.m., officers from the Hamilton Township Police Department responded to the area of Somers Point-Mays Landing Road, in the area of Babcock Road, for the report of a motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck which fled the scene.
The operator of the motorcycle was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Campus and admitted with critical injuries.
The pickup truck was located and stopped by Hamilton Township police. The driver, Noah Frost, 35, was detained.
An investigation revealed that Frost’s pickup truck struck the victim’s motorcycle and then struck and ran over the victim after he had exited his vehicle.
Both Frost and the victim are known to be affiliated with the Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Club.
Frost was charged with the following offenses: attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault by auto, leaving the scene of an accident.
Frost was taken into custody and was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
