Marmora Man Indicted For Alleged Theft From OCHS Soccer Boosters Club

COURT HOUSE– John W. Fogarty, 43, of Marmora has been indicted for allegedly stealing money from the Ocean City High School Soccer Boosters Club, the Press of Atlantic City, reports..
The report said, a grand jury handed up the three-count indictment this week charging Fogarty, with theft, forgery and uttering a forged instrument, all third-degree crimes.
According to the indictment, Fogarty is charged with writing checks using the booster club’s bank account on three occasions, Oct. 9, Nov. 12 and Nov. 24, 2009, when he was not authorized to issue those checks.
