Man Sentenced to Four Years for Multiple Drug Offenses

COURT HOUSE- Duncan W. McNeal, 38, of Rio Grande, New Jersey has been sentenced for multiple CDS related offenses.
In May of 2012, while participating in the Cape May County Sheriffs Department “SLAP” Program, McNeal was found to be in possession of cocaine and marijuana and charged with Possession of CDS.
In Oct. of 2012, McNeal was arrested by the Lower Township Police Department. During a search of his person, subsequent to the arrest, Mr. McNeal was found to be in possession of 13 clear baggies containing cocaine as well as $1,000. McNeal was charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
On Aug. 16, 2013, Duncan W. McNeal was sentenced by the Honorable John C. Porto, JSC to 4 years in New Jersey State Prison.
Prosecutor Taylor recognizes the efforts of the agencies involved which resulted in the successful conclusion of this investigation.
