RIO GRANDE — A local man was arrested Thur. April 5 for allegedly sexually assaulting a child while living in Cumberland County.
Middle Township police arrested Dale Lindholm, 48, a resident of Cape Shore Gardens Resort Mobile Home Park.
Lindholm was charged with sexual assault with a child under the age of 13, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of promoting obscene material by forcing the child to watch pornography. The assault allegedly occurred three years ago.
An investigation into the charges was begun by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office. Upon their investigation, members of the Prosecutor’s Office discovered the alleged assault took place in Millville, Cumberland County.
Upon Lindholm’s arrest, Middle Township police turned the suspect over to Millville Det. Bruce Cornish.
Lindholm is being held in the Cumberland County Jail in lieu of $200,000 full cash bail.
