Man Charged in Early Morning Stabbing, Robbery

WILDWOOD – Wildwood Police Department was dispatched to the New Jersey Transit Bus Terminal, located at 4500 Washington Avenue, for the report of a stabbing at that location Feb. 23 at approximately 3:40 a.m.  
Upon arrival, the 49-year-old male victim, from Wildwood, was found to have sustained two wounds consistent with those caused by a sharp-edged instrument during an armed robbery. The victim was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City for treatment of these injuries, police said on Facebook.
During the commission of the robbery, the victim sustained a laceration to the left forearm and a puncture wound to the lower rear of his torso.
This investigation identified Ronray Harris, 39, as the defendant in this case. Arrest warrants have been issued for Harris charging him with the following;
Robbery, first degree, aggravated assault, second degree, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, third degree, unlawful possession of a weapon, fourth degree, and certain person prohibited to possess a weapon, fourth degree. 
This investigation is active and the whereabouts of Harris are unknown at this time. It should be noted that anyone having contact with Harris should use caution while doing so, as Harris has a history of violence and weapons offenses. He is to be considered armed and dangerous.
