MARMORA – New Jersey State Police (NJSP) have charged a Pleasantville man with shoplifting lamb from a Marmora grocery store.
An employee from another grocery store recognized Geoffrey Tomlinson, 34, from surveillance images posted to NJSP’s Facebook page, according to a post Oct. 20.
Police said Tomlinson stole three legs of lamb in August.
Tomlinson was arrested and charged with shoplifting after admitting to leaving the grocery store without paying for his items.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
