COURT HOUSE – Cape May County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor and Middle Township Police Chief Christopher Leusner announce the arrest of Joshua C. Mabry, 22, of Court House for the distribution of heroin Jan. 5.
This arrest was the conclusion of a cooperative three-month investigation between the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force and the Middle Township Police Department regarding Mabry distributing heroin throughout Middle Township.
On Jan. 5, Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force, with the assistance of Middle Township Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit, located Mabry at his residence located in the 300 block of Allen Street in Court House, where he was taken into custody.
Mabry was charged with distribution of CDS, a crime of the third degree and possession of CDS, a crime of the third degree. Bail was set by Judge Dorothy Incarvitio-Garrabrant at $40,000 full cash bail. Mabry was remanded to the Cape May County Correctional Center in lieu of bail.
Prosecutor Taylor advises that persons convicted of third degree crime are subject to a term of imprisonment of 3 to 5 years in New Jersey State Prison.
Prosecutor Taylor stated that his office will continue to work hand in hand with the local municipalities to target anyone selling illegal controlled dangerous substances.

The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
