By Press Release

NORTH WILDWOOD – North Wildwood Police responded to a call for a vehicle that was burglarized on the 200 block of East 10th Avenue Saturday, April 18. The victim reported items missing from his vehicle that were consistent with items being held by Joseph Brzozowski hours prior during a field stop conducted by North Wildwood Police Officers Eric Nevil and Kevin Tolan, Jr.
Further investigation by Detective Daniel Schules revealed that the accused, Brzozowski, committed the burglary and theft on 10th Avenue. Brzozowski, 32, residing in Townsend, Del., was arrested and charged with burglary and theft. He was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center on bail set by Judge Louis J. Belasco, Jr., in the amount of $15,000/full cash. Residents are reminded to lock their vehicles when they are not in use.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
