Man Arrested for ’16 Incident

WILDWOOD CREST – Wildwood Crest Police Detective Division made an arrest Sept. 13 on a burglary that was reported on August 29, 2016.

According to a release, Joseph Yearicks, 37, of Bridgeton, was arrested and charged with burglary, theft, and criminal mischief of a motel room in Wildwood Crest. Evidence recovered at the scene on that date allegedly linked Yearicks to the crimes.

He was processed and lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
