VILLAS – On Friday, March 19 at approximately 4 p.m., the Lower Township Police Communication Center received a 9-1-1 call from a female who was walking on the Delaware Bay Beach in the area of Hudson Avenue in the township’s Villas Section.
The female advised police dispatch that a male was exposing himself to passing women on the beach as he walked by them.
Patrol Officers responded to the area, but could not locate the suspect.
Suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’11” to 6’ in height with brown curly hair down to his ears. He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans and a dark blue t-shirt.
The suspect reportedly left the area in a maroon vehicle, possibly a 2000 Buick with an unknown registration.

Incident is under investigation by Patrol Officer Michael Perry and the Lower Township Detective Division.
