Lozier’s Accused Killer Asks for Indictment Dismissal

COURT HOUSE–The case against Nicholas Golden indicted by a Cape May County grand jury for first-degree aggravated manslaughter on March 19 in connection with the July 21, 2008 crash that killed Crag Lozier, 20 of Middle Township is slowly moving forward.
The Press of Atlantic City reports, during a brief court appearance Thursday by Golden, Superior Court Judge Susan Maven said she would hear arguments in the case Sept. 28 regarding a planned defense motion asking that the indictment be dismissed.
Golden, of Philadelphia, is currently free on $200,000 bail.
