VILLAS – The Lower Township Police Department responded to a total of 592 calls for service during the week of Nov. 17 through Nov. 23, averaging a total of 85 calls per day. Police also made a total number of 4 arrests during this period. The following incidents were also investigated.

Conducted 26 property checks
Conducted 5 motor vehicle stops
Responded to 4 alarm calls

Conducted 36 property checks

Responded to 5 alarm calls

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:
There has been a rash of car burglaries in the Villas section of Lower Township, specifically the west side, between Drumbed Road and West Florida Avenues.
