Oct. 21:
Brian Will, 22, North Cape May, NJ- Simple Assault
Brittany Rush, 24, North Cape May, NJ- Hindering Apprehension
Oct. 25:
Nicholas Pisarcik, 36, North Cape May, NJ- Theft by Deception
Oct. 26:
Robert Pacilli, 53, Mullica Hill, NJ- Driving While Under the Influence
Robert Bilhardt, 25, Court House, NJ- Possession Prescription Legend Drugs
John Labaco, 33, Wildwood, NJ- Aggravated Assault-Police Officer
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
