VILLAS – The following are the arrests made by the Lower Township Police Department from March 16-March 22.
March 16:
David C. Beck (59), Villas NJ – DWI
Martin T. Shields, II, (46) N. Cape May – Contempt of Court
James J. Jones (24), Villas, NJ – Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Possession of Weapons
Andrew M. Enman (27), Villas, NJ – Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Possession of Weapons, Obstruction, Contempt of Court
Ashley M. Molisani (29), N. Cape May, NJ – Theft, Use or Under the Influence of CDS, Possession of (Schedule I-IV)
Eugene W. Harris (46), Endangering the Welfare of Children, Aggravated Assault, Criminal Restraint
March 17:
David C. Beck (59), Villas NJ – DWI
Lora A. Streeper (50), Feasterville, PA – DWI, Use or Under the Influence of CDS
March 20:
Norman J. Brion (45), Cape May, NJ – Assault
Benjamin J. Vandorn (27), Cape May Court House – Fugitive from Justice
Adam J. McCarraher (24), Villas, NJ – Fugitive from Justice
March 21:
Samuel J. Sinex (18), Fishing Creek, NJ – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Jesse A. Pentlicki (25), Villas, NJ – Contempt of Court
John S. Styer (26) – Cape May, NJ – Contempt of Court
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.
