VILLAS – The following are the arrests made by the Lower Township Police Department from Mar. 10-Mar. 16.
March 10:
Joseph Kelly, 24, Villas, NJ: False Information to Law Enforcement
March 11:
David Williamson, 27, Villas, NJ: Contempt of Court
March 12:
Thomas Ward, 56, North Cape May, NJ: Contempt of Court
Joseph Rupinski, 41, North Cape May, NJ: Assault
March 16:
Michael Harkins, 40, Villas, NJ: Aggravated Assault
Vincent Kotelnicki, 21, Villas, NJ: Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana (More than 1 OZ).
Breanna Gara, 18, North Cape May, NJ: Simple Assault, Theft, Possession of Prescription Legend Drugs in an Amount of 5 or More
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
