VILLAS – The following are the arrests made by the Lower Township Police Department from June 9-June 15.
June 11:
James MacDonald, 49, North Cape May, NJ: DUI, Reckless Driving
June 12:
Jacob Ryan, 18, Villas, NJ: Possession of 50g or Less of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Tamper with Evidence
Frederick Schartner IV, 25, Villas, NJ: Theft
June 14:
Dominiqua Hicks, 22, Villas, NJ: Assault
June 15:
Charles Garvey, 46, Burlington, NJ: Simple Assault
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This reportonly contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.
