June 30:

July 1:
Walter Vibanco, 48, North Cape May, NJ: Possession of Child Pornography, Distribution of Child Pornography
Jennifer Scott, 34, North Cape May, NJ: Contempt of Court
July 2:
Christopher Britton, 26, Erma, NJ: DUI
Vincent DiFillippo, 24, Villas, NJ: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Contempt of Court
Christal West, 27, Villas, NJ: Simple Assault, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
July 3:
Kathleen Leposki, 52, Philadelphia, PA: DUI
Dean Foster, 18, Villas, NJ: Possession of CDS
July 4:
Moira Harris, 35, Villas, NJ: DUI
Keith Richardson, 23, Villas, NJ: Possession of Cocaine, Possession of 50g or Less of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Shoplifting
July 5:
Daniel Beerly, 19, Villas, NJ: Assault, Criminal Mischief, False Imprisonment
June 6:
William Gilbert, 42, Erma, NJ: Harassment
Sierra Deweese, 23, Villas, NJ: Contempt of Court
Elissa West, 22, Villas, NJ: Simple Assault
Jonathan Duerr, 20, Millville, NJ: Contemot by Violating Domestic Rights Act
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.
