VILLAS – The following are the arrests made by the Lower Township Police Department from June 16-June 22.
June 17:
Christopher McCullough, 30, Cold Spring, NJ: DUI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Use of CDS
June 19:
Kenneth Wright, 47, North Cape May, NJ: Criminal Mischief, Simple Assault
William Rozniakowski, 25, North Cape May, NJ: Unlawful Possession of Weapons
Samantha Shuman, 26, Villas, NJ: Aggravated Assault, Possession of Weapons for Unlawful Purpose, Unlawful Possession of Weapons
June 20:
Robert Walsh, 48, Winslow, NJ: Burglary, Theft
June 21:
Joseph Monzo, 19, Cape May, NJ: DUI
Eric Hazel, 41, Wildwood Crest, NJ: Terroristic Threats
June 22:
William Nelson IV, 24, Erma, NJ: Possession of Prescription Legend Drugs in an Amount of 5 or More
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.
