Stephen Peters, 44, Villas, NJ: Contempt by Violating Domestic Rights Act
July 30:
Renee Novak, 39, Court House, NJ: Possession of Heroin
July 31:
Cheryl Williams, 52, Villas, NJ: Possession of Heroin
Michael Russo, 49, Villas, NJ: Possession of Heroin
Clarence McPherson, 52, Cold Spring, NJ: Contemot of Court, Scrapping Without a License, Theft
Aug. 1:
Anthony Smyth, 19, Villas, NJ: Contempt of Court
Aug. 2:
Joshua Harris, Villas, NJ: Simple Assault
Lawrence Roessner V, 45, Cold Spring, NJ: Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief, Use of CDS
Aug. 3:
Mark Vogelsong, 57, West Cape May, NJ: DUI
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
