Feb. 26:
Luis Rodriguez, 26, Villas, NJ: Contempt of Court
John Klein, 37, North Cape May, NJ: Contempt by Violating Domestic Rights Act, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Prescription Legend Drug in an Amount of 5 or More, Possession of 50g or Less of Marijuana
Feb. 27:
Edward Flynn, 24, North Cape May, NJ: Simple Assault, Possession of Prescription Legend Drug in an Amount of 5 or More
Joseph Palmisano, 31, Villas, NJ: Contempt of Court
Darren Rogers, 42, Court House, NJ: Contempt of Court
Feb. 28:
Thomas Thompson, 22, Villas, NJ: Theft
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
