VILLAS – The following are the arrests made by the Lower Township Police Department from Feb. 23-March 1.
Feb. 23:
John B. Zagiel, III (28) North Cape May, NJ – Aggravated Assault
Sharon Copson (48) North Cape May, NJ – Criminal Mischief
Feb. 25:
Vito A. Sanzone (18) North Cape May, NJ – Possession of 50g or less of Marijuana
Feb. 28:
William C. Boucher, III (18) North Cape May, NJ – Possession of 50g or less of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.
Stone Harbor – Over 10 employees levaving the municipality in a little over a year is shocking. Council is wearing blinders – at this point if you cant see the problem you need to resign!
