David Flick, 48, Villas, NJ: Theft, Conspiracy, Criminal Mischief
David Flick Jr., 22, Cape May, NJ: Theft, Conspiracy, Criminal Mischief
Feb. 3:
Robert Rehill, 51, Villas, NJ: Contempt of Court
Feb. 4:
Patrick Dougherty, 28, Villas, NJ: Contempt of Court, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Hypodermic Needle
Warren Gerhard, 59, North Cape May, NJ: Operating Motor Vehicle During Period of License Suspension, Fourth Degree, Hindering Apprehension
Feb. 5:
Hallie Wheaton, 22, North Cape May, NJ: Contempt of Court
Jose Velez, 31, Court House, NJ: Contempt of Court
Feb. 6:
Ashley Rudolph, 22, Villas, NJ: Burglary
Thomas Alfeche, 43, Villas, NJ: Burglary
Feb. 7:
Christopher McCullen, 25, Villas, NJ: DUI
Katie Panamarenko, 30, Villas, NJ: DUI
Mary Balzer, 30, Villas, NJ: Contempt of Court
James Palmisano, 35, Villas, NJ: Assault
Caitlyn Young, 25, North Cape May, NJ: Contempt of Court
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.
