Erick Valencia-Devian, (20) Villas NJ – Endangering the Welfare of Children, Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact, Providing Obscene Material to Persons Under 18
Feb. 17:
Michelle L. Fithian (35) Villas, NJ – Contempt by Violating Domestic Rights Act
Gary M. Groves (49) Villas, NJ – Contempt of Court
Feb. 18:
Ivan E. Munoz (21) Villas, NJ – Assault, Criminal Mischief
Alicia C. Blackburne (26) Villas, NJ – Use or Under the Influence of CDS, Contempt of Court
Feb. 19:
Daniel L. Beerley (19) Villas, NJ – Criminal Mischief
David S. Matthews (45) Villas, NJ – Contempt of Court
Feb. 20:
Thomas Michael Hostler (51) North Cape May – Simple Assault
Feb. 22:
Anthony J. Vesper (28) Villas, NJ – Disorderly Conduct
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.
