VILLAS – The following are the arrests made by the Lower Township Police Department from Dec. 1-Dec. 7.
Dec. 1:
Barry Bump, 49, Court House, NJ: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Hypodermic Needle
Jonathan Murphy, 34, Rio Grande, NJ: Contempt of Court
Dec. 2:
Pauline Danielson, 25, North Cape May, NJ: Contempt of Court
Dec. 4:
Ryan Madonna, 28, Villas, NJ: Burglary
Dec. 5:
Emily Cavalieri, 19, Galloway, NJ: Hindering Apprehension
Dec. 6:
Kevin Johnston, 24, North Cape May, NJ: Fugitive from Justice
Dec. 7:
Tracy Linn, 41, Villas, NJ: Simple Assault
Ralph DiFabio III, 46, Villas, NJ: Contempt of Court
Michael Kolczynski, 24, North Cape May, NJ: Possession of 50g or Less of Marijuana
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.
